So now..!

I've lived the last and first 39 and a half years of my life by the maxim eat to live. You(*) may not believe it, but I bolted my food, the tongue an otherwise impassive shovel. "If you can read you can cook", I said - a frontal lobotomy on the romance and meaning of the thing.

My enyew yerz rez is to learn to live to eat a little. Do more than an omlette (start with an egg) or a pasta sauce (ditto an onion). To appreciate, savour, say "mmm" and mean it and know why. Along the way, I'd like to understand the fascination, why there are so many cookery courses, books, tv shows.

If all this is going to be on the net, I don't want it unheard, I want a LouderVoice. Look there, and you'll already find simple reviews of some lunchtime restaurants...
